We needed someone to help decide whether to keep our piano or not. In a timely fashion our piano was inspected and an estimate provided (for hammer replacement and action regulation). The work was completed a few weeks later and our piano is sounding much healthier now!

I'm glad to have found these guys, my piano is used mostly for personal enjoyment and needed a tune after several years. What I didn't realize is that the felts in the hammers were quite compacted, and so I decided to go ahead with a voicing and also a regulation. In all it took a full day including the tuning and pitch adjustment. My piano sounds amazing now, better than I ever remember it!

I am very happy with the sound of my piano now. They got rid of a clicking and some rattling in the keys which was making it not fun to play. It needed new felts in the keys and the work was completed in their shop and then the keys were reinstalled a few days later. Great service, we are all very satisfied!

My old baby grand piano sounds new again. I am very pleased with the results of their regulation and voicing service. It took about 6 hours for the technician to level out/undo years of wear and make it play evenly again.

Our piano was sounding very sour and twangy as a result of being moved and not tuned for wuite a while. The skilled technician was able to get it mostly up to pitch, and sounding much sweeter than before. Great experience from start to finish. It was easy to book on their website, the confirmation was prompt and my questions were answered. The piano was thoroughly cleaned, pitch raised and tuned. Humidifier system install was very smooth also and now my piano is holding its pitch much better.

Punctual and professional. Our piano had been left untuned for way too long, probably 5 years. We knew it would need tuning and pitch raising, but thanks to his thoroughness he resolved an intermittent problem with 1-2 keys not going down all the way. This turned out to be caused by a bunch of picture nails that had rolled into the cracks between the keys! Great patience tracking down and fixing this issue!
